Follow up

Why is it so difficult to have to follow up on people?  I think I spend more time following up then if people would just do what they are supposed to do.  Amazing!!!

4th quarter coming up

I am out for a run (walk) on a cool and beautiful evening in Kaneohe reflecting on the 4th quarter of 2010 getting ready to begin.

If life is a sport, then the 4th quarter adjustments can make the difference on the outcome. There were many things I wanted to accomplish this year.  Time to look at my list. 

How are you doing with your 2010 goals?  It is not to late, 4th quarter starts this week.

3rd quarter 2010

This third quarter of 2010 has been an educational learning cycle for me.  I remember sitting in my room in January 1st and saying 2010 will be a year of change and growth.
